incredible double room with balcony, the window was in front of garbidge bins, as for instance. good and magnificent position outside of the downtown area. again, not far from holbox island.

Good sized rooms with contemporary decoration. Particularly good and excellent location just off other areas of Quintana Roo, and nightlife. Also, in a taxi or rented golf cart.

Bored staff!

Lovely stuff, huge, incredible room with the beds to be cleaned, balcony plus the bedroom. Nice design. Great location, a couple of blocks away from Punta Mosquito, thoroughly enjoyed this place...

The service was great, totally satisfied. I booked nice and clean room with it's own balcony and thick blackout curtains.

charming but lacking some basics

The room had a lovely balcony that offered fresh air. The air conditioning was effective, keeping the room cool. I appreciated that the internet mostly functioned throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the calming city view. It was a nice touch to the overall experience.

The overall charm was slightly overshadowed by some basic amenities that could be improved.

The kids loved the rooftop pool, where we relaxed after enjoying the beautiful Paseo Kuka Beach Path. The staff was accommodating, and our room offered ample space for our large family. We appreciated the proximity to the beach.

My wife says that the noise from nearby rooms was disruptive during the night. An improvement would be soundproofing to ensure a quiet setting for families.

I had a great time! The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and the spacious room with incredible AC made our stay super comfortable. We really appreciated the Netflix access for our downtime.

Spent 4 nights in a cozy room with a great balcony and enjoyed the smart TV and comfortable bed. The pool was a nice spot to relax, even if we couldn't swim much due to the weather, and the outdoor loungers were perfect for soaking up some sun. We did notice a couple of big bugs roaming around our room, but honestly, it didn't take away from our good time 😊

The King Room with Balcony was spacious and super comfy. The bed was great, and the air conditioning kept it nice and cool. I loved having access to Netflix and Prime on the TV. The hot shower was always reliable, and the room was really clean throughout our stay. No bugs at all, a big plus. Plenty of space to relax!

Good vibes, but some hiccups

The rooftop pool was awesome for chilling. We loved the poolside snack bar too. But we had to switch rooms unexpectedly and the staff didn't really help much. Plus, my friend's suitcase got messed with. Just keep your stuff close, ya know?
